Usage Metering

End of Line tracks your usage in real time. You can view your current usage at any time in Settings → Billing.

What counts as a "call"?

Each unique call recording that is ingested and processed counts as one call toward your monthly limit. Duplicate calls (same recording URL) are not counted twice. Reprocessing an existing call does not increment your count.

Tracked metrics

  • Calls ingested — Total calls received from your integrations this billing period
  • Calls processed — Total calls that completed the AI pipeline
  • Storage bytes — Total storage used for recordings and transcripts
  • Search queries — Daily search query count (resets at midnight UTC)
  • Graph queries — Knowledge graph queries used
  • API requests — Total API requests made

Upgrading

You can upgrade your plan at any time in Settings → Billing. When you upgrade:

  • Your new plan limits take effect immediately
  • You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period
  • Your billing cycle does not change — the next full charge occurs on your regular billing date

Downgrading

You can downgrade your plan at any time. When you downgrade:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to your current plan features until then
  • If you exceed the new plan's limits, you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade activates (e.g., remove extra integrations)

Overage Billing

When you reach your plan's call limit for the month:

  • Free plan — New calls are queued but not processed until the next billing period. Upgrade to continue processing.
  • Pro and Business plans — You receive a notification at 80% and 100% usage. Additional calls beyond your limit are processed at an overage rate of $0.05/call (Pro) or $0.03/call (Business).
  • Enterprise plan — No limits. Custom pricing agreed in your contract.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers may request invoice billing with NET-30 terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. After cancellation:

  • Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
  • Your data is retained for 90 days
  • You can reactivate at any time by selecting a new plan
