Getting Started

Go from zero to full call intelligence in under 5 minutes. This guide walks you through signing up, connecting your first integration, and understanding your first call analysis.

Step 1: Create your account

Visit endofline.ai/sign-up and create an account. The Free plan includes 50 calls per month, 10 searches per day, and 1 integration — no credit card required.

After signing up, you will be taken to the onboarding flow where you can set up your organization name and invite team members (on Pro plans and above).

Step 2: Connect your call tracking platform

Navigate to Settings → Integrations and select your call tracking platform:

  • Ringba — Enter your Account ID and API Token. Found in Ringba under Settings → API.
  • TrackDrive — Enter your API key. Found in TrackDrive under Account → API Access.
  • Retreaver — Enter your API key and Company ID. Found in your Retreaver dashboard under Settings.

Once connected, End of Line will automatically start pulling call recordings and metadata from your platform. New calls are checked every 5 minutes.

Step 3: Understanding your first call analysis

After calls are ingested, they pass through our 6-stage AI pipeline:

  1. Transcription — Speech-to-text with high accuracy
  2. Speaker diarization — Identify who said what
  3. Entity extraction — Names, companies, products, locations
  4. Sentiment analysis — Per-speaker and per-segment sentiment
  5. Summarization — Call summary, outcome, key topics
  6. Agent scoring — Performance metrics across 10+ dimensions

Processing typically takes 2-5 minutes per call. Once complete, you will see the call appear in your Calls list with full analysis data.

Step 4: Explore your data

With processed calls, you can:

  • Search — Use natural language to find any call. Try "calls where the customer asked about pricing".
  • Analytics — View KPIs, trends, campaign performance, and topic analysis on the analytics dashboard.
  • Agent Performance — See agent rankings, score breakdowns, and trend lines.
  • Knowledge Graph — Explore entity relationships across all your calls.
  • Conversions — Define conversion rules to track business outcomes automatically.
